"I have been a Varsity Properties resident for 3 years, and have been impressed by the service I have received. The Varsity Properties team was always friendly and approachable. The team was great at dealing with service requests, which isn't typical of all landlords. Usually, within about an hour of informing Varsity Properties of a problem (no matter how big or small), the team followed up with me; they ensured that any issues were addressed within a day or two. In addition to the excellent repair services, my unit was kept clean with bi-weekly housekeeping -- the cleaning staff did such a great job that I didn't have to purchase my own cleaning supplies!
