We do not collect any information beyond what is recorded by our web server. The web server saves cookies to each visitors computer to determine what and how the website information should be displayed for that user. This information is only accessed to improve the quality of web server and the website.

There are two different types of information we collect from our subscribers: optional and mandatory. To be a subscriber to the property notification service we must collect an email address. The subscriber may also choose to supply their name, a short biography, their school, program and their graduating year.

We collect email addresses to send an opt-in only newsletter. We collect the optional information to be able to provide more accurate and custom tailored information to the subscriber.

We will be storing the information collected on a server-side database. We will be sending each subscriber the periodically via email.

To access the information, the authorized personnel will have to use a 2-stage password system. The authorized personnel are listed under who has access .
who has access
The web developer, the web hosting company and the staff of Varsity Property have access to the information collected. Each subscriber has access to his or her own profile. The web hosting company as per written agreement with Varsity Property will never view the information stored. The web developer will only view the stored information as necessary to perform website maintenance.

We will not be sharing information with any party that is not listed in this Privacy Policy without prior written consent.
