An 18-year veteran of a local wholesale company, Lisa has extensive book keeping and customer service experience. She is responsible for the daily operations of Varsity Properties, and is available to help both current and prospective residents with any leasing questions or work orders. She manages all accounting functions and administrative tasks for the Kingston office and keeps the business running smoothly.

A twenty-year veteran of Gananoque’s Collin’s & Aikmen’s auto parts manufacturer Teresa really knows how to keep a messy place clean. Having been further trained at the Gananoque Inn & Spa in hospitality housekeeping standards she is our master clean freak. Teresa is a warm and happy sight to our residents when she arrives on their housekeeping day. While Teresa does not tolerate residents who keep an untidy home she is very approachable and eager to accommodate the needs of our residents.

Gillian began working with Varsity Properties as a front desk clerk at our Louise House summer hostel in 2003. While the hostel been redeveloped into luxury suites Gillian has continued on with our company to work first as a leasing manager and more recently our leasing director. She is responsible for helping prospective residents learn about our properties and to guide them through the leasing process.

Having joined the Varsity Team in July 2009 as a summer intern Kia has quickly proven himself to be a valuable and reliable project manager. Currently in the 4th year of his Bachelor Degree of Economics at Queen’s University, Kia was responsible for the redevelopment of this website. He conducts ongoing monitoring of the Queen’s University rental market. In November 2009 he was promoted to the position of Senior Leasing Manager and responsible for managing lease terminations and renewals for our current Residents.

The newest member of our Varsity Team is also a first year Queen’s University Student. Sam had has previous summer experience in the construction industry and is learning the ropes of the real estate business. He hopes to be admitted to law school following completion of undergraduate degree. If you have any questions about leasing a Varsity Property Sam is your man.
