We offer furniture rental options to suite any budget.  There are so many benefits to renting Varsity Furniture.  Here is why our Residents often choose to rent furniture.

1. You can have new furniture in your suite without paying a hefty price upfront, rather your payments are spread over a period of 1 or 2 years;
2. You can pay a buyout fee at the end of 1 year to own the furniture or spread payments out over 2 years and own the furniture with no buy out fee.
