Freeze Your 2011 Rent
This year our residents can skip a rent increase and freeze next year's rent at this year's rate.
Rent Freeze 2011 is a limited time promotion that provides rewards to residents who sign to end or extend their lease. We reward residents who set their housing plans before the 2011 leasing season.
This year we made our rent freeze program better than ever! All Residents are eligble for rewards regardless if they are renewing or terminating their lease.

We are proud to have Starbucks Coffee Company as a tenant at 329 Johnson Street. The same way we try to support our Student Residents we try to support our commercial tenants by purchasing gift certificates as rewards for our Residents. We like Starbucks, and hope that you will visit their Johnson & Division location!
We send our residents termination and renewal forms each year on November 1st. To claim your RentFreeze reward simply sign the renewal or termination and deliver the document to our office at 337 Barrie Street. Our Leasing Manager will email back a copy of the agreement for you records. Remember to receive your rewards you must return your signed agreement to our office before the stated deadline.
If you don’t sign a termination or a renewal agreement before 4:00 PM, Friday, December 16th, 2011, you have one final chance to earn a Starbucks Gift Card. Here is what you need to know:
1. If you decide to EXTEND your lease term beyond April 30th, 2012 your rent will increase to a higher amount on May 1st, 2011. To claim your Starbucks Gift Card simply return a singed extension agreement to our office no later than 4:00 PM, January 13th, 2012.
2. If you decide to TERMINATE your lease on April 30th, 2012, you can still claim a Starbucks Gift Card if one person from your group returns a signed termination agreement to our office by 4:00 PM, January 13th, 2012. To avoid being responsible for payment of additional months of rent after April 30th, 2012 you must deliver a signed termination agreement to our office no later than 4:00 PM February 29th, 2012.
