Varsity Properties provides premium rental homes and suites near Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. We design and build student focused developments and manage only our own properties.
Essentially we are a 'Resident Services Company'. We shovel snow, manicure lawns, replace hard to reach light bulbs, qickly fix what breaks, clean bathrooms and kitchens in each suite. We seek to make our Residents lives easier by taking care of all housing needs. We beleive in a high level of communication with to our Residents, and make it easy for them to reach us any time of the day. We know our Resdients have their best chance of sucess when they can focus on what matters to them most, and leave the details of housing to us.
